Pietro d'Abano AKA Pietro d'Abano AKA Petrus De Apono AKA Aponensis Italy @1257 – 1316 Teachers: Rabbi Abraham Aben Ezra; mathematician Regiomontanus Students: Francis Barrett ; Cornelius Agrippa; Author: reputed to have written a grimoire called the Heptameron aka Magical Elements aka (Magical Elements of Peter de Abano, Philosopher), a concise book of ritual magical rites concerned with conjuring specific angels for the seven days of the week (hence the title) and translated by Cornelius Agrippa( see http://www.esotericarchives.com/solomon/heptamer.htm).
