Fraternitas Rosicruciana Antiqua (F.R.A.) in South America, was established in 1932 in Brazil by Arnold Krumm-Heller AKA Master Huiracocha after he left Germany. He has been in various Latin American countries by Parsival Krumm-Heller, his son - Master Aureolus – Master Camael & Master SAT – Master Solomon II – Master Zohariel – Master Sincerus - Manuel Perez Hinojosa - J. Elias Bucheli – Oscar Bravo - Israel Rojas Romero (Raghozini) - Jorge Cruz - Thelemako - Sar Mar Profeta - Frater ZadKiel The South American was a European immigrant to South America, and produced lots of students and other splinter groups. It started as the Augusta Fraternidade Branca Rosa Cruz Antigua, inspired by Franz Hartmann's "Esoteric Rosycrucians" by Giuseppe Cagliostro Cambareri, and changed names to Fraternitas Rosicruciana Antiqua in 1937. It adopted the outer name Fraternidad Rosa Cruz in 1941. It was allied with R. Swinburne Clymer's "World Circle of Arcane Orders", one of many attempts at the time (primarily a competition between H. Spencer Lewis's AMORC and Clymer)to create a League of Occult Organizations and or unite Freemasonry. It was equally opposed to the post Aleister Crowley OTO. The Organization held a dual charter for the OTO and is closely tied to the Ordo Templi Orientis Wiraqocha (Peru)and Orden Rosacruz Kabalista (Colombia). In the early 1900s, after the death of the Orientalist and Tantric Carl Kellner, Theodor Reuss inherited sole possession of the OTO AKA Ordo Templi Orientis charter. Franz Hartmann was pursuing his own interests, and Reuss recruited Aleister Crowley as the British head of the Order. Crowley's disciple Charles Stansfeld Jones in Canada was acclaimed the North American Chief and Hermann Joseph Metzger the Swiss Chief. After Reuss's death (and after his break with Crowley) Heinrich Tränker, Eugen Grosche, Otto William Barth, Reuss' widow and Arnold Krumm-Heller all had pieces of the OTO, as did Karl Germer in North America, following Jone's own break from Crowley. Arnold Krumm-Heller traveled to Brazil and there established the Fraternitas Rosicruciana Antiqua. P. B. Randolph brought the teachings of his Brotherhood of Eulis to Europe and there joined French Magician Eliphas Levi in codifying and organizing the Fraternitas Rosae Crucis (FRC). English Magician Frederick Hockley received information and perhaps initiation from this group, whom he called Fratres Lucis AKA Brothers of the Light or sometimes "Fiat Lux" AKA Let There Be Light". P. B. Randolph's teachings were carried forward in America by R. Swinburne Clymer in Pennsylvania. Years later they came in conflict with H. Spencer Lewis of AMORC and Max Heindel's Rosicrucian Fellowship. In England, by Kenneth R. H. Mackenzie, and William Robert Woodman, William Wynn Westcott and Samuel Liddell MacGregor Mathersin the formation of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. It also influenced Robert Wentworth Little and his development of the Societas Rosicruciana in Anglia (S.R.I.A.).

Saint-Yves d'Alveydre, Papus starting their own version the RC in France with L'Ordre Kabbalistique de la Rose Croix (Kabbalistic Order of the Rosy Cross) (OKRC). Key to it's inception was Joséphin PéladanAKA Sâr Joséphin Péladan and another Papus student, the Marquis Stanislas de Guaita was as it's first Grand Master in 1888. Historical evidence, separated from advertising myth, indicates H. Spencer Lewis of AMORC got his initial RC charter from this branch of the Rosicrucians, specifically from Joséphin Péladan and Stanislas de Guaita.
